The wrong shoe can cause injury; the right shoe can prevent it and lift your performance. We prescribe footwear based on your foot biomechanics, your training load and the demands of your sport or job.

We stock and prescribe leading brands including Asics, Adidas, Mizuno, New Balance and Nike — matching the structure, cushioning and support of the shoe to your individual gait.

Footwear prescription pairs perfectly with a biomechanical examination and, where needed, orthotic therapy — so the shoe and the device work together rather than against each other.
